You are seeing this page for one of several reasons, please read through to find the first one that applies:
  1. If you are attempting to start the Builder program from a bookmark, shortcut, or from a link in a website other than robshelp.com then you need to go here: Click here to start FreeForm

  2. If while using FreeForm you landed on this page after clicking a link within your presentation on the Preview page, then probably there is something wrong with the link. Check the URL to make sure it starts with "http://". If you are creating a link to another section of the same page then make sure that the link isn't configured to open in a new window.

  3. Otherwise, if while using FreeForm you landed on this page after having opened the Preview window, then close this window to get yourself back to the Builder page and try again to Preview and go on from there. If the problem persists try to save your work via the QuickSave then close down your browser and restart your computer. It may also help to clear your browser's cache. That is done in Internet Explorer by clicking on Tools, Internet Options, and in the Temporary Internet Files section clicking on the Delete Files button. No need to delete cookies or anything else.

  4. Otherwise, if you were in the Builder window and clicked to insert or remove an input area, retrieve a saved description, register, etc. then try using the back button to try again. If the problem persists try to save your work via the QuickSave then close down your browser and restart your computer. It may also help to clear your browser's cache. That is done in Internet Explorer by clicking on Tools, Internet Options, and in the Temporary Internet Files section clicking on the Delete Files button. No need to delete cookies or anything else.
